Group Mat Classes

CORE FLOW

This Pilates class is perfect for the beginner; teaching the classical principles of Pilates movement, alignment and breathing while still experiencing a challenging and firming workout. .

FLEX AND TONE

This class is designed for fitness, form and fun. Focused on challenging and improving your core muscle strength, alignment and endurance, the result will be a sculpting of all muscle groups.

CORE CONDITIONING

Intermediate and Advanced students focus on dedication to proper alignment, breathing, rhythm and transitions of the work. This class will challenge and improve your core muscle strength, alignment and endurance. 

SCULPT

In conjunction with Toof Contemporary and Artichoke Canteen, Sculptt is a series of classes that renew your body from the outside in. 

Each class starts with building strength, tone and relaxation through Pilates and Yoga and ends with a light lunch and healthy eating tips designed to detox and reenergise your body.

TEEN YOGA

Designed for people between 12 - 18, this Yoga class is tailored to growing bodies and minds. The class will help students develop focus, reduce stress and improve posture.


Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates and Yoga

YOGA MUMMA

An ideal yoga workout for mums and mums-to-be. This fun class focuses on deep abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor strength with an emphasis on stretching for all those achy muscles. This class welcomes babies if you would like to bring them. 

PILATES MUMMA

 Building strength and stamina, maintaining vital energy and improving muscle tone in the abdominals, this Pilates class is a must for all soon-to-be and  new mothers. This class welcomes babies if you would like to bring them. 

MUMMY AND ME

Create a unique bonding experience with your child during this class that combines the best of both Pilates and Yoga to achieve increased health, wellness and fitness. This class welcomes babies and children if you would like to bring them.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling in the week preceding or following any absence is possible if discussed at the discretion of Jill Marshall Pilates. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange this rescheduling so as not to lose out on any pre-paid classes.
